What I build
A public site that earns its keep, the tools your team runs on behind it, and someone to keep it all current. Every project includes phone and desktop design, link previews that work, and an easy way to update it yourself: the parts that change most run from a spreadsheet, so your team can make everyday changes in minutes. Prices are ranges because every project is different; your proposal gives one fixed price. Every client also gets my mutual NDA and a client data protection agreement written to protect you, and I'll sign yours too. How I handle your information

- A one-page brand sheet with your colors and fonts, licenses checked

Internal tools
The tools behind the site
Built on tools you already pay for (usually Google Workspace), so there's no new software to learn and no per-seat fees.
Forms and workflows
Every sign-up lands in the right place, with automatic follow-up.
$2,500 to $7,500 · community $1,500 to $4,500
- Branded forms that route each answer to the right tab of one tracker
- Automatic welcome emails and signed agreements filed as PDFs
- Daily digests that stay quiet when there's nothing to review
- Spam filtering that catches bots without losing real people
Dashboards
The numbers your team asks about, on one page that refreshes itself.
$2,500 to $8,000 · community $1,500 to $4,800
- Donations pulled in every morning from your donation and payment platforms
- Website traffic anyone on the team can open, no analytics login needed
- Gift sizes, trends, recurring givers and reporting gaps flagged automatically
Stores and point of sale
Sell shirts and tickets online and at the table, with records that add up.
$4,000 to $12,000 · community $2,400 to $7,200
- Stripe checkout with receipts and a clean sales ledger
- A phone-based register volunteers join with a code; no hardware to buy
- One shared inventory for online and in-person sales
Data pages, maps and guides
Big, sourced reference pages generated from one dataset.
$5,000 to $15,000 · community $3,000 to $9,000
- Voter guides and side-by-side comparisons, on the web and in print
- Public-records pages, such as campaign finance, turned into readable tables
- Maps generated from your roster sheet, so they can't drift out of date
- Training and study tools with drill cards and quizzes
Team launch pads and task apps
One page per team with every tool one click away, and checklists people actually use.
$1,500 to $2,500 · community $900 to $1,500
- Staff and volunteer start pages, kept out of search engines
- Shared calendars synced from your events tracker
- Phone-friendly task lists that never shame anyone with "overdue"
Interactive quizzes and pickers
A playful way for visitors to tell you what they want, like the vibe quiz on this site.
$1,500 to $4,000 · community $900 to $2,400
- Style quizzes, "find your package" pickers and "which program fits you" finders
- Tap-or-drag choices with a live preview or a recommendation that updates as people pick
- Every answer lands with the inquiry, so you start the first call already knowing what they like
- Works on every phone, and for people who prefer less motion
Email and security
Google Workspace, set up right
Professional email and shared files that belong to your organization, not to whoever set them up.
Workspace setup
Email on your own domain, shared drives and permissions, locked down from day one.
$1,200 to $3,000 · community $720 to $1,800
- Your domain verified, with email authentication so your mail lands in inboxes, not spam
- Role addresses like info@ and press@ that route to the right people
- Shared drives organized by team, shared by group, never by person
- Two-step sign-in required for everyone, and two admins so you're never locked out
- A one-page directory of who has what, handed to you at the end
Moves, audits and cleanups
Already on Workspace? I'll tidy it up and close the gaps.
From $300 · quoted per job
- Mailbox moves from another provider, with nothing lost
- A security audit with a plain-language list of what to fix
- Shared drive restructures and group and alias cleanups
- Offboarding that removes access the day someone leaves
